Our latest Kids Learn to Paint workshop set sail on a sea of imagination as young artists created their very own pirate ships and bold buccaneers. With brushes in hand and colors as bright as the Caribbean, each child brought their own story to life. The children were able to choose to do a girl pirate or a boy pirate as the Turks & Caicos Islands history had famous pirates men and women visiting our caves and shores.
Workshops like this remind us how powerful art can be in helping children explore history, storytelling, and self‑expression.
Guided step‑by‑step, the kids learned how to build a scene, layer paint, and add expressive details that made their pirates truly their own. The room was full of laughter, creativity, and proud “Look at mine!” moments.
Best of all, they left with big smiles and artwork they were proud to show off.
We’re already excited for the next creative adventure.
